As part of Northwich Heritage Open Day we hosted a special Wellbeing Day last Saturday.
Pete and Becky strung tarpaulins over the forest schools area so that it could be used for Tai Chi. The yurt was adorned with pashminas to make it a more relaxing environment for head and hand massage. The 'dell' that BJ has been working on became a tranquil zone for mindfulness. The greenhouse had a thorough spring clean and was used for creative writing. And the Art therapy group created a mandala in the picnic meadow.
It was an amazing day and we'd like to thank all the practitioners, staff, volunteers and visitors who made it such a fantastic success!
