Our kitchen was out of bounds last week while we worked on the new roof, so for our cooking day we made a delicious mushroom risotto over an open fire, served up with Grozone salad leaves and tomatoes. Thanks everyone for your help with the cooking and the roof.

I don't know why but there is something in a food cooked in open fire. The taste and aroma is different and more enticing than that of electric stoves.
